A new lawn starts with the ground beneath it. We prepare the site, select a grass suited to its conditions and install fresh sod with close attention to the finish.

We install Tifway 419 Bermuda and Palisades Zoysia, and can source other Zoysia varieties on request. We often recommend Zoysia for local properties, especially where some shade rules out Bermuda; the right choice still depends on sunlight and site conditions.

Which grass varieties do you install?
Our regular choices are Tifway 419 Bermuda and Palisades Zoysia. Ask us about other Zoysia varieties if you have one in mind. We’ll discuss the sun and shade at your property before recommending a fit.
How do you prepare for new sod?
We use a string trimmer to cut existing growth down to the soil, till where needed and work in sod soil mix. Then we lay the sod in a staggered pattern and water it in.
Do you adjust sprinklers during installation?
We address irrigation adjustments needed for the sod installation. We do not offer stand-alone irrigation service.
Is new sod covered by a warranty?
We stand behind proper installation and healthy sod at the time it is installed. Because sod is perishable and depends on watering and conditions after installation, we do not offer a continuing establishment warranty.
